Automatic aluminum profile cart stacking machine

It is said that the most important automated machines in the aluminium production cycle is the automatic stacker. The automatic stacker automatically stacks the profiles by connecting out-feeding conveyor with transfer belt. The machine collects profiles online, counts them, and then stacks them into a layer. Once a layer is complete, there is an operator that picks up the layer with a sling (a basket on one end of a sling) and move them to storage. The most challenging part of the automatic stacking process is that it deals with very fragile materials, so there are slats in between each layer to protect the profile surface. There is just one person needed for operating this machine.
