APPLICATION:

This master coil stretch wrapper is a coil packing machine specifically made to wrap steel coils and aluminum coils with a big width and big diameter. This packaging machinery automates the entire process, making it much more efficient while providing a high-quality wrapping effect. coil packing machine BASIC FEATURES：
PLC & HMI interface operation are adopted for automatic operation.

Orbital wrapping: the wrapping material carriage running in a orbit through the coil center.

Roller stations for coil loading and unloading.

Both manual and automatic working mode can be choose.

The converter is adopted to adjust the overlap of the packing.

Simple operation by imputing OD. ID. width & corrected parameter of the coil. Other parameters will be set automatically.

Soft start and soft stop to ensure safe operation.

Wrapping position reset function.

Sensors adopted for trolley.

Guardrails for machine working area for safe operation.

Convenient for hoisting, safe and reliable.

Height of the turning ring could be adjusted by motor for center positioning according different coil OD.

Packaging tension is adjustable.

The rollers are wrapped by polyurethane.

Indicator alarms automatically when trouble occurs. Troubles can be shown automatically.

Special brake for the tape release device to avoid material folding.

Mounted on a special brake which will be activated by cutting the packing material.

Machine designing and producing base on 2006/42/EC.

Optional: extra roller stations can be adopted for higher packing efficiency.
