Automatic hose coiling and packing line
This automatic solution for hose/pipe packing includes two machines: a coil machine and a wrapping machine. With this fully automatic coiling and packing system, you’ll be able to save labor, since it does the coiling and packing of hoses and pipes all by itself.
1. Automatic hose/pipe coiling machine
1) Function:
Calculate the hose/pipe length, and cut, coil the hose/pipe, and fix, move the hose coil automatically. The figure can be set on the PLC control program.
2) Features:
* PLC & HMI control programs are used for automatic hose/pipe coiling operation.
* Parameters can be set on the control program in English.
* Cut the hose/pipe automatic.
* Hose cutting length can be adjusted as need.
* Two protective guards are to fix and move the coiled cable.
* Automatic error detection function, it will alarm when trouble occurs.
* Detect the hose position automatically by sensor.
* Pressing device is to make the hose coil fixed and stable.
2. Automatic hose/pipe wrapping machine
1) Function:
Fix the hose/pipe coil, feed the film to the coil, wrap and cut the film, and move out the packed coil automatically.
2) Features:
* PLC & HMI control programs are available for continuous and automatic coil wrapping.
* Excellent collections, for well-known brands are adopted by main components.
* The overlap of packing tape can be adjusted by inverter.
* Packing material: stretch film, PVC, LLDPE.
* Packing tension can be adjusted by special brake device.
* Supporting rollers are available to fix the product.
* Separate electrical box is good for safe operation, technical testing and trouble-shooting.
* Friction between wheels and ring is adjustable.
* Film feeding and cutting by mechanical hand automatically .
