This GS300 wire wrapping machine could be widely used in the exterior wrapping for pipe coil, steel coil, copper coil, wire coil. And the wrapped package is stable and tidy. In additional, it has waterproof and dust proof effects.

3. The encoder is used to setting packing position.

4. The converter is adopted to control the turning ring. Overlap rate is adjustable according to the requirement.

6. Material tension could be adjusted automatically.

7. The special brake device is provided for control the tension of packing material in order to avoid material folding.

8. Supporting and protection rollers made by solid steel construction are covered by polyurethane to protect the product.

9. Pushing system is optional for unloading the heavy coils.

10. PLC and HMI systems are adopted according to the user needs.

11. Our wire wrapping machine is designed with function of setting packing tape and stretch film for wrapping in one packing process to make the working more efficient.
