5.Independent packing material storage board for storing paper roll.

6.The packing tape length is calculated by PLC and cut automatically according to different coil size.

7.Rollers to protect the coils from shaking and fix the position. The rollers are wrapped by polyurethane for long time use.

8.Protective guard of ring part for safe operation.

9.Both manual and automatic working mode can be chose.

10.Converter is adopted to adjust the overlap of the packing tape according to needs.

11.Soft start and soft stop functions for safety operation.

12.Overloading protection.

13.Both electric limitation and mechanical limitation for operation system.

14.The friction between wheels and ring is adjustable.

15.Special brake for the tape release device to avoid material folding.
