Operation:
- Boards into the horizontal wrapping station after the front turntable changes it’s direction
- Roller conveyor pushes the boards to wrapping position automatically while sensors detect it
- Boards stop automatically while it at the wrapping position.
- Film cutter feeding and cutting packing material automatically.
- Products go through the wrapper for automatic horizontal wrapping.
- Boards move to turntable pushed by roller conveyor.
- When the boards are in right place, film carriage turn 90°and start vertical wrapping.
- Film cutter cuts the stretch film automatically.
The videos shows the wrapping machine for glass door packing with both sides foam protector.
The packing tension and press down device need to be well designed per the characteristic.
