I. SUB-BUNDLES

1. POSITION 1A. LOADING BELTS (Height: 900mm)

Five sets of rubber transport belts with adjustable height is outfitted for feeding sub-bundle (900
mm) to automatic feeder or master bundle (650mm) . Position 1A transfer sub-bundle to automatic feeder directly (position P & position 3) .

2. POSITION P: PAPER PULLER

This auto paper puller pulls a sheet of paper for lengthway wrapping one or more profiles. The thickness of paper can be required as per need. The length of paper can be decided by the operator's presetting.

3. POSITION 3. AUTOMATIC FEEDER

Five sets of rubber transport belts aim to feed sub-bundle profile to infeed roller table automatically.

4. POSITION 4. INFEED ROLLER TABLE 

Powered roller table is for transport profiles to the stretch wrapping machine. The profile will be centered by centering device on the roller table before packing.

5. POSITION 5. SUB-BUNDLE STRETCH WRAPPING MACHINE

This sub-bundle stretch wrapping machine can work with one or two packing materials at the same time, for example. stretch film, paper tape, stretch film+paper tape. Mechanical hand clamps, feeds and cuts packing material for automatic operation.

 6. POSITION 6. SUB-BUNDLE ENDS WRAPPING MACHINE 

Bundle ends wrapping machine moves forward to match the speed of sub-bundle stretch wrapping machine for packing the head and tail ends of the profile. This speed of whole wrapping process is about 20-25secs/pcs.

7. POSITION 7. OUTFEED ROLLER TABLE 

Powered roller table transports the profile coming from previous roller table.

8. POSITION 8. AUTOMATIC STACKING MACHINE

Auto stacking machine stacks sub-bundles layer by layer forming a master bundle by forks. The stacking master bundle size is preset by the operator.

Master bundle size:

Max: L600×W600mm×7000mm

Min: L300×W300mm×3000mm

9. POSITION 9. EXIT CHAINS

Chains transfer the master bundle from the stacking machine to the nest hydraulic chains.

10. POSITION 10. LOADING CHAINS

Chains provided with hydraulic vertical movement transfer the master bundle to the master roller table(position 2).

11. POSITION 11A. MASTER STRETCH WRAPPING MACHINE OR POSITION 11B. WOODEN BATTEN LOADER 

12. POSITION 11C. MASTER BUNDLE STRAPPING MACHINE (Strap:PET)

Position 11A-Master stretch wrapping machine wraps the master bundle with stretch film(thickness: 25 micron). This machine is fully automatic. It also can work with wooden batten loader(position 11B) and master bundle strapping machine (position 11C) together. After packaging, the bundle is tight and tidy.

13. POSTION 13. EXIT CHAINS 

Exit chains provided with vertical movement transport the bundle from master stretch wrapping machine to the storage chains.

14. POSITION 14. STORAGE CHAINS 

The storage capacity is 3 master bundles (or can be customized). This system is safety when operator enters this area.
